St. Clair Chamber of Commerce's 3rd Annual Icy Bazaar. An outside event in the Riverview Plaza and Courtyard. Live Ice carvings, performers, a speed carning contest and live music from 2pm-midnight. FEATURING a fireworks display at 8:00pm! Viewing from several locations including the Riverview Plaza Courtyard and parking lots and Palmer Park.
