All levels are welcome, as you will practice at your own pace. We will be flowing with our breath, creating rhythmic strength and warmth in our bodies, and celebrating the rebirth of the sun. The Winter Solstice and New Year are believed to hold a powerful energy for renewal, regeneration, and self-reflection.
